Management consultant with a passion for growth
We are looking for someone to join our growing team of passionate startup advisors and growth consultants. The ideal candidate has an extensive consulting background within digital business, preferably from one of the leading consultancies, and wants to join the journey of building a tightly knit team of entrepreneurs, consultants and investors that will make an impact in the Stockholm startup ecosystem.
Why is this role important?
We are still a small team and every new person joining will have the opportunity to influence the direction of our journey. You will be involved in all aspects of running an advisory and investment firm and once here you will most likely:
- Lead new digital business development initiatives for our clients, turning great ideas turn into reality and revenues
- Help our clients to design organisational structures, processes and teams to drive its own innovation
- Act as a mentor and coach to aspiring entrepreneurs in our incubator/accelerator
- Evaluate companies that we are considering investing in
- Participate in the business development of desifer working with recruitment, new offerings, marketing and sales

Relevant experience and mindset
- 8+ years of consulting experience, primarily within digital business development and preferably from one of the leading management consulting firms
- A network of customer relationships that gives you the ability to find assignments for yourself - in other words, you are a self sufficient consultant
- A skilled digital business leader, with a proven track record. You know how to use digital technology to create new business and opportunities
- Demonstrable experience from entrepreneurship, preferably you have either run or worked in a startup, or a strong passion and interest for entrepreneurship
- We value people who are optimistic, collaborative, who take ownership, embrace ambiguity, talk less do more, can learn from failure, and have the want to make others successful
